VeeHive Tech FZ-LLC ("Veehive Labs", "we", "us") operates veehivelabs.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or engage our services.

We are registered under License No. 97518 with the Dubai Development Authority, and our registered office is at EO04, First Floor, In5 Tech, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE.

• Contact information (name, email, phone, company) submitted through our quote form or direct contact
• Project details and business requirements shared during consultations
• Website usage data via Google Analytics (GA4). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2, denied by default). Declining keeps analytics off.
• Training-participant data. Where your organisation enrols staff in Veehive Academy training, we process participant names, employer, job role, attendance, assessment results and certification records. Our lawful basis is the performance of our training contract with your employer, and our legitimate interest in maintaining verifiable certification records. Completion and assessment records are retained for three years after the programme ends, so participation can be verified if your organisation is asked to evidence it. Participants may request access to or deletion of their data using the contact details below.
• Knowledge Base article statistics. When you accept our cookie banner and read an article, we record an anonymous view together with your approximate location (country and region), your network provider, and your IP address. This is used only to understand which regions our published research reaches. It is not linked to your name, email address or any account, and we do not use it to identify you personally. If you decline cookies, none of this is collected and your visit is counted anonymously or not at all. IP addresses collected this way are retained for 12 months and then deleted.
• Cookies for theme preference (light/dark mode) and your cookie-consent choice, stored locally in your browser

• AI systems we build for clients process data as specified in the project scope
• We implement data minimisation — only processing data necessary for the agreed functionality
• AI model outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or free from bias
• Clients retain ownership of their data at all times; we act as a data processor, not a data controller

• SOC 2 controls implemented across our operations
• ISO 27001 aligned information security practices
• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all client data
• Access controls and audit logging for project environments
• Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

• Website inquiry data: retained for 24 months, then deleted
• Project data: retained for the duration of the project plus 12 months for support, then securely deleted unless otherwise agreed
• Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics standard policies
• Training-participant records (attendance, assessment, completion): 3 years after the programme ends
• Knowledge Base article statistics (approximate location, network provider and IP address, collected only with cookie consent): 12 months, then deleted

• Firebase Hosting for website delivery — Google Cloud's privacy policy applies
